## Step-by-Step Workflow

### Step 1: Create the Tender

A bid manager receives a hospital procurement RFP for surgical instruments. She opens MedStrato, clicks **New Tender**, fills in the tender name, issuer, estimated value, and submission deadline. The tender appears in the pipeline with a **Lead** stage tag.

### Step 2: Upload and Parse Documents

She uploads the 150-page RFP (PDF) and two amendment documents. One click on **AI Parse** extracts 52 technical parameters organized into 4 categories. The **Matched** indicator shows 0% — ready for product mapping.
